The Figures advantage lies in our hydraulic machines that feature adjustable resistance. This means you can adjust the machines to match your level of fitness , and increase the resistance as you improve – so you won't plateau in your fitness training. Many women want to enjoy the benefits of fitness and regular exercise, but are put off from joining a gym or leisure centre for three key reasons, cost, time and intimidation.
