A. Yes, our trained staff will take monthly key body measurements, body age tests and provide health, wellness and nutritional information.

Q. How long must I join for?
A. Membership is for a period of three months, six months or one year. This is to allow you time to experience real results and change and negative lifestyle habits that were impinging on your health, fitness and wellness.
